SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping is free on all orders / or specify your rate (e.g., free over $50, flat $4.99 under).

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Shipment Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your order via the carrier's website directly.


Multiple Items in One Order Since we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number — this is completely normal.


Customs, Duties & Taxes Nurnazar.com ships worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nurnazar.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us at info@nurnazar.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.

For packages that appear stuck in transit beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we'll work to resolve the issue.


Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and email us at info@nurnazar.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
